Delivery Information

Delivery Fee – $12.95
A delivery fee of $12.95 will be added to each order, for each address. Delivery fees may vary during Valentine’s Day Week and Mother’s Day Week.

Daily Deliveries – Orders After 10:00 AM
Same-day delivery may still be available after 10:00 AM, but the order will need to be placed by phone at 979-690-2929 so we can confirm availability.

Dorms / Students Living ON Campus – In-Store Pickup Only
We are unable to deliver directly to students living on campus. We can call or text the student to let them know that a surprise is waiting for them to pick up at their earliest convenience.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to excessive no-shows after arranging specific meeting times, we have had to place some restrictions on these deliveries.

Delivery Protocol & “Leave on Porch” Requests

If the recipient is not home, we will leave a tag at the door and call or text the recipient to notify them of the delivery and arrange for redelivery or pickup. We will also notify the sender.

If the “Leave on Porch” box is checked:
We will do everything we reasonably can to accommodate the request. Our driver will use their best judgment to determine whether the delivery can safely be left based on the location, high temperatures (especially when chocolate is included), or current inclement weather.

After all, this is Texas—it could be a tornado or an ice storm, possibly all in the same day!
