Founded in 1996 in the small Texas town of Hico, Wiseman House Chocolates was established by chocolatier Kevin Wenzel, whose background in fine arts and professional chocolate making helped shape a philosophy centered on craftsmanship, premium ingredients, and unforgettable flavor.
Today, every chocolate continues to be handcrafted in small batches using real chocolate, fresh cream, nuts, fruits, and carefully selected ingredients. Rather than relying on unnecessary fillers or shortcuts, Wiseman House focuses on creating chocolates with rich flavor, smooth texture, and exceptional quality in every bite.
